• Ph.D. with specialization in Parallel Computer Architecture (Systems Design and Development), The Institute of Science, University of Mumbai, India (1997)

Currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, UWI, St. Augustine, Trinidad, as well as Principal Investigator at NVIDIA CUDA Teaching Centre at the University of the West Indies.

- Operations Research at Industrial and Systems Engg, 

• Currently, Member of the Faculty of Engineering, Dept. of Electrical and Computer Engg. at the University of the West  Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago, since may 2007. 
• Leader of Computer Systems Engineering group, with the Dept. of Electrical and Computer  Engg. at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. 
• Chair of Computer and Communications group, IEEE Trinidad and Tobago chapter.
• Associate editor of Research Journal of Science, Technology and Engineering, Maxwell  Scientific, UK.
